We understand your business structure as a non-profit organization. We also understand the stresses that can be involved in planning and managing your Silent and/or Live Auction events. This is where Charity Events Group would come in.

As a company who has worked with ClickBid and have become very well educated in the services they offer, we have become a great partner in helping ClickBid make your event a success.

Charity Events Group has designed some packages to assist you in your next Silent and/or Live Auction event. We have factored in pricing from ClickBid as well as transportation and accommodation needs.

Please keep in mind that you must set up all your services and support needs with ClickBid in order for us to be contracted in on the on-site Technical support and/or on-site Representative services. Once we have been provided your organizations and event information we will work with you to create a contract that works with your organizations needs and budget.

ClickBid Service Packages

Data Upload and Set-Up

Don’t have the time or the knowledge to add your items into the system? For one flat fee you will receive a dedicated team member who will add all your auction items (images, information, pricing and more) into the ClickBid system.

Landing Page & Auction Page Design

Charity Events Group will design you a configurable landing page that will help you promote your event, preview auction items, link to ticket sales, promote sponsors, and more. We also will build an online auction page with individual tickets, sponsorships, underwriting, seating requests, and cash donations. Accept payments by credit card or check.

Remote Advantage

Every ClickBid license includes critical phone, text, email support on the day of your event. Rest assured, you’re covered with their best team. Their remote support team monitors services can help you troubleshoot your event and keep you on the right track.

Home Team Advantage

Need the comfort of ClickBid Certified on-site support staff walking in and just “handling it”? The Charity Events Group ClickBid Team can check guests in using ClickBid, act as concierge bidders, enter fund-a-need donations, check bidders out in the system and report on status during the event. Best of all we charge a flat local fee. We suggest 1 Home Team member per 100 guests.

Most Valuable Professional (MVP)

For complex events where custom WiFi setups are required, volunteer training is required or you want the peace of mind that comes from having a ClickBid pro on-site. MVPs have earned ClickBid On-site Certification and possess many hours of on-site experience, including WiFi setup and support.

MVPs arrive early at your venue to ensure you are “mobile bidding ready” prior to the opening of your event. They will train and support your volunteers and/or manage Home Team Advantage members through the entire event. Your MVPs will answer questions and support any ClickBid need during your event – the ultimate in peace-of-mind.
